EQV Alpha II, LLC has acquired a majority interest and is now operator of record in the wells previously operated by Australis TMS Inc. in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale in Amite and Wilkinson Counties, Mississippi.  EQV Operating, LLC will assume responsibility for payment of royalties in March 2026.

Effective immediately, ownership changes and inquiries regarding royalty payments should be directed as follows:
